Innoba / Legal
Terms of Service
Effective date: September 11, 2026
The terms for exploring Innoba and using its membership-based learning experience. Please read them before subscribing.
1. Your agreement with Innoba
These terms govern your use of the Innoba website, learning app, and membership services operated by Cuantum Technologies LLC, a Texas company ("Innoba," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the services or purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services or subscribe.
Our Cancellation and Refund Policy forms part of these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
2. Eligibility and account security
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. Provide accurate account and billing information, keep it current, and use an account you are authorized to control.
Keep your sign-in credentials secure and do not share membership access. Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity you authorize; this does not override legal protections for unauthorized transactions or relieve us of our responsibilities.
3. What membership provides
Membership provides access to the Innoba learning curriculum and features made available to your account during your paid subscription. The curriculum currently includes 15 Books, 26 Learning Paths, and 5 Academies supporting the AI Strategist & Builder Career. The catalog and features may evolve.
Access is a subscription, not ownership of the platform or a lifetime license. Third-party software, AI services, and tools used in practical work may require separate accounts or payments. Unless expressly stated in the offer, membership does not include those subscriptions, live instruction, individual mentoring, or guaranteed project review.
4. Price, recurring billing, and payment
Innoba has one membership option: US $12.90 per month, automatically renewed and charged monthly until cancelled. The advertised 43 cents per day is the equivalent daily cost, not a daily billing schedule. There is no free trial unless a separate offer expressly provides one. Applicable taxes and the total payable are shown at checkout.
Signup and payment are handled in the learning app. By completing a subscription purchase, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method at the price and interval disclosed at checkout. Stripe processes payments. Your bank may apply currency-conversion or other fees outside our control.
Keep a valid payment method on file. A failed payment may interrupt access until resolved. We will communicate material subscription-price changes before they apply to a future renewal and provide an opportunity to cancel; where required, we will obtain your consent. A new price will not change a billing period already paid for.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can stop future renewals through subscription or billing management after signing in to the learning app. Cancel before the next renewal to prevent that charge. Access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period.
Refund eligibility, billing-error assistance, and mandatory consumer rights are explained in the Cancellation and Refund Policy. Closing a browser, stopping use, or requesting account deletion is not a substitute for cancelling the subscription. Contact support if you cannot access cancellation controls.
6. Learning materials and intellectual property
Innoba's books, lessons, design, software, trademarks, and other materials belong to Cuantum Technologies LLC or their licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access the materials for your own learning during authorized access.
You may apply the skills and general knowledge you learn in your professional work. You may not resell, publish, redistribute, sublicense, or systematically copy protected learning materials, share account access, or bypass access controls without permission. Rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected. Downloads, if offered, are subject to any license displayed with them and do not authorize redistribution.
7. Your notes, submissions, and conversations
You retain your rights in original content you submit, such as notes, questions, and support messages. You authorize us and the providers supporting the service to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, and maintain the relevant features and meet legal obligations. This is not a transfer of ownership or permission to publish private notes as marketing material.
Only submit material you have permission to use. Do not include another person's confidential or personal information without authority. You control whether to use available sharing features; information you choose to share can be copied by recipients.
8. Acceptable use
- Do not use Innoba for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing activity.
- Do not access another account, bypass payment or security controls, introduce malicious code, or disrupt the service.
- Do not harvest personal information, send spam, or impersonate another person.
- Do not use automated extraction to reproduce the curriculum or exploit features in ways that impair access for others.
We may investigate suspected misuse and restrict activity reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or legal rights.
9. AI assistance and educational outcomes
AI Tutor and other AI-assisted features can produce incomplete or incorrect responses. Evaluate outputs before relying on them, and do not use them as a substitute for qualified legal, medical, financial, security, or other professional advice. Beta features may change or be unavailable at times.
Innoba provides education, not a promise of employment, earnings, accreditation, certification, or a particular business outcome. Progress records and shareable milestones show learning activity; they are not independent proof of mastery. Results depend on your practice, judgment, circumstances, and implementation.
10. Service changes and external tools
We may revise learning materials and improve or replace features. Maintenance, technical faults, or events outside our reasonable control may interrupt access. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device.
External tools and websites are governed by their own terms. A reference to them is not a guarantee of availability, accuracy, security, or suitability. If a material service change affects a paid entitlement, applicable rights to notice, cancellation, or a remedy remain available.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access for material violations of these terms, nonpayment, security threats, or legal requirements. Where reasonable and legally permitted, we will explain the issue and provide an opportunity to resolve it. Urgent security or unlawful activity may require immediate action.
You may stop using the service and cancel future renewals at any time. Termination does not remove accrued payment obligations or statutory refund rights. Provisions that by their nature continue, including intellectual-property protections and dispute provisions, survive termination.
12. Disclaimers and limits
To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided on an "as available" basis without warranties beyond those expressly stated or required by law. We do not warrant that educational content or AI responses will be error-free or fit every specific purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the services. This does not exclude liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit, and does not remove mandatory consumer guarantees or remedies.
13. Governing law and resolving concerns
Texas law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory protections that apply where you live. Disputes may be brought in the competent courts in Texas, except where applicable law gives you a right to bring a claim elsewhere. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.
Please contact support about a concern so we can try to resolve it. Doing so does not limit your right to seek a remedy from a court, regulator, or other competent body.
14. Changes and interpretation
We may update these terms and will identify the effective date. Material changes will receive appropriate advance notice where required; changes will not retroactively remove accrued rights. If consent is legally required, we will request it. You may cancel before a change takes effect.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision immediately is not a waiver. These terms, the cancellation policy, and the specific offer accepted at checkout describe your membership agreement; nothing overrides mandatory legal rights.
