Innoba / Legal
Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 21, 2026
How we handle personal information when you explore Innoba, become a member, use the learning app, or contact our team.
1. Who we are and what this policy covers
Innoba is operated by Cuantum Technologies LLC, a Texas company ("Innoba," "we," "us," or "our"). We are responsible for the personal information we process to operate Innoba. This policy covers our marketing website, the Innoba learning app at learn.innoba.io, membership administration, and communications with us.
Other companies' websites and services have their own privacy practices. A link to an external tool does not place that tool under this policy. This policy explains our practices; simply visiting our website is not consent to optional processing.
2. Information we handle
- Account and membership: name, email address, authentication information, subscription status, billing records, and information needed to administer your account.
- Support: first and last name, email, optional phone number, selected topic, message, and information you provide when requesting help.
- Learning activity: reading position, completed activity, progress, bookmarks, highlights, notes, and learning milestones associated with your account.
- AI Tutor interactions: questions and other information you submit, relevant lesson context, generated responses, and saved conversation history when you use that feature.
- Payments: Stripe processes payment credentials. We receive information needed to manage your subscription, such as payment status, transaction references, and billing details. The marketing website does not store full payment-card numbers.
- Technical records: information generated when you access our services, such as IP address, browser or device information, request timestamps, and diagnostic or security records.
We receive information from you, from your use of Innoba, and from providers involved in authentication, payments, and service delivery. Avoid including confidential employer or client information, sensitive personal information, or information about others in notes, support messages, or AI conversations unless you have authority and it is necessary.
3. Why we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, provide paid access, save learning activity, respond to questions, process payments, manage cancellations, operate learning features, investigate errors or abuse, and meet legal obligations. We also use service feedback and operational information to improve Innoba.
We may send account, payment, support, security, and policy notices. Promotional communications are subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements. You can unsubscribe from promotional email without stopping essential account notices.
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of our agreement for account and subscription services; legal obligations for required records and disclosures; legitimate interests for proportionate security, support, and service improvement, balanced against your rights; and consent where required for optional communications or technologies. You may withdraw consent without affecting processing already lawfully carried out.
4. Service providers and other disclosures
Providers supporting Innoba include Vercel for website hosting, Supabase for data services, Stripe for payments, and Resend for sending contact-form email. Providers receive information relevant to their role. AI service providers process the inputs and context needed to generate AI Tutor responses when you use that feature. Email and other infrastructure providers also process communications and technical records as needed to deliver their services.
Stripe and other providers may also process information for their own legal, security, or compliance purposes under their applicable notices. See Stripe's Privacy Policy for its payment-related practices.
We do not sell, rent, or lease our customer lists. We may disclose information when required by law or legal process, to address fraud or security threats, or to protect legal rights. Information may also be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, or business restructuring, subject to applicable protections and notice requirements.
5. AI assistance and shared milestones
AI Tutor conversations are processed to provide contextual assistance and retain your conversation history. Do not treat the Tutor as a confidential channel for sensitive information. Generated answers are not a substitute for professional advice or your own review.
If you choose to share a learning milestone, the information shown in that shared record can be viewed by people with access to it. Review it before sharing. Copies made by recipients may remain outside our control. Recorded progress represents platform activity, not an independently verified assessment of professional mastery.
6. Cookies and browser storage
Service features may use cookies or similar browser storage for authentication, security, and preferences. Blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in or disrupt learning features. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
We use essential storage to remember your choices. The OpenAI Ads pixel stays off until you allow advertising. Google Analytics and embedded YouTube videos load independently of these settings, including when you reject optional cookies.
- Google Analytics measures visits and how the website is used. It loads automatically and may use cookies regardless of your advertising preferences. These controls do not disable Analytics.
- The OpenAI Ads pixel measures advertising performance. Turn this off to opt out of advertising-related sale or sharing.
- Embedded videos use YouTube's privacy-enhanced player and load independently of cookie preferences. YouTube may receive your IP address and device information when the player loads, and may use browser storage. Rejecting advertising does not block YouTube.
Your choice applies to this browser on the marketing website, not the learning app. We remember it for 180 days. You can change or withdraw consent at any time using Cookie settings in the footer.
7. How long information is retained
We keep personal information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here. The period depends on whether you maintain an account, whether information is needed to preserve learning history or resolve an open request, and applicable accounting, tax, security, dispute, and legal requirements.
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically delete your account or history. You may request deletion through support. Some records must be retained to meet legal obligations, prevent fraud, or resolve disputes; backup copies may persist through their normal replacement cycle. Information retained for these reasons is not kept for unrestricted use.
8. Security and international processing
We use reasonable measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, and misuse. No online service or storage system is completely secure. Protect your account credentials and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Innoba is operated from the United States. Your information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate, whose laws may differ from those where you live. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, those requirements apply to our processing. Contact us for information about the providers and transfer arrangements relevant to your data.
9. Your privacy rights and choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access or obtain a copy of your information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, receive portable information, withdraw consent, or opt out of certain uses. Some rights have legal exceptions. You may appoint an authorized representative where the law permits.
Use the support form to describe your privacy request and identify the email associated with your account. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity or a representative's authority. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and explain any refusal or limitation. We do not penalize you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
If you disagree with our response, submit an appeal through the same form and identify the earlier request. You may also complain to the privacy regulator or attorney general with jurisdiction, including the Texas Attorney General, or your local data-protection authority where applicable.
10. Adults only
Innoba is intended for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
11. Updates to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to our services, practices, or legal requirements. The effective date identifies the current version. We will provide additional notice of material changes where required and obtain consent when the law requires it.
Membership rules are explained in our Terms of Service and Cancellation and Refund Policy.
12. Contact the company
Contact us through the Innoba support form. For privacy requests, identify your request in the message. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.
