Cancellation and Refund Policy
Effective date: September 11, 2026
Clear information about stopping renewals, access after cancellation, and getting help with a payment.
1. Your monthly membership
Innoba is provided by Cuantum Technologies LLC. Membership costs US $12.90 per month and automatically renews monthly until cancelled. The 43 cents per day description is a daily equivalent, not a separate daily plan. Applicable taxes and payment details are disclosed at checkout in the learning app.
This policy forms part of the Terms of Service. Any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or consumer-guarantee rights that apply to you take priority over a conflicting provision here.
2. How to stop future renewals
Sign in to the Innoba learning app, open the account's subscription or billing management area, select cancellation, and complete the confirmation. Check the confirmation and the end date shown for your subscription. Cancel before your next renewal to avoid that renewal charge.
If you cannot sign in or use the cancellation controls, send a request through the support form under "Membership and billing." Include the email used to subscribe and explain the issue. Do not send passwords or full card details. We will help resolve the cancellation and review any charge resulting from a reported technical failure.
Simply stopping use, signing out, clearing browser data, or deleting a browser shortcut does not cancel recurring billing. If you also want your account deleted, state that separately so both requests can be handled.
3. Access after cancellation
Cancellation stops future renewals. Your membership normally remains available until the end of the current paid billing period, after which paid features and curriculum access end. A refund, account-security restriction, or legally required action may end access earlier.
Cancelling does not automatically delete your account, notes, or learning records. Data handling and deletion requests are described in the Privacy Policy. Do not assume cancelled membership gives permanent access to saved content.
4. Digital access and refund eligibility
Because membership provides digital content, our standard policy is not to provide discretionary refunds for a paid period once you have accessed its digital content. Cancellation alone does not create a prorated refund for unused days in a period already paid for.
If you have not accessed the digital content for the period concerned, contact support for a review of your request. We will assess the account and payment circumstances and any applicable legal rights; this policy does not promise an automatic refund in every unaccessed-content case.
This rule does not override mandatory consumer rights or prevent correction of billing errors. Contact us about duplicate charges, charges after confirmed cancellation, unauthorized transactions, or material failures to provide the paid service. We will investigate and provide any remedy required by law.
5. Request a refund or billing review
Use the support form and select "Membership and billing." Provide the account email, transaction date, amount, invoice or receipt reference if available, and a short explanation. We may request information needed to locate the payment and verify account ownership.
We will communicate the outcome after reviewing the request. Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment method. Processing and the time before funds appear depend on the payment provider and your bank. Contact support if a confirmed refund does not appear; no particular bank-processing time is guaranteed.
Submitting a refund request does not itself stop automatic renewal. Cancel separately if you no longer want the membership. Nothing here limits your right to raise a valid payment dispute with your payment provider.
6. Statutory withdrawal and consumer remedies
Depending on where you live, you may have a statutory withdrawal or cooling-off right for an online purchase, including a 14-day right for qualifying EU or UK distance contracts. Its application to digital content and services depends on the circumstances and the law governing the purchase.
Where the law allows a withdrawal right to end when digital delivery begins, the required express consent and acknowledgement must have been obtained. Access alone does not establish that every required consent was given. We do not assume you have waived a statutory right simply because this policy is published.
To exercise an applicable withdrawal right, send a clear statement through support or to the postal address below identifying your account and purchase. No particular wording is required. We will apply any legally required refund timing and procedure. Rights concerning defective, unavailable, or misdescribed services remain unaffected.
7. Policy updates
The effective date identifies this version. We will provide notice of material changes where required. Changes do not retroactively remove rights attached to a purchase already made.
8. Contact the company
Contact us through the Innoba support form. For privacy requests, identify your request in the message. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.
